Your requested artist will review your idea and make sure it’s a good fit.

Get Approved

Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking link & next steps.

Complete Waiver

Sign the waiver & upload your ID and/or other documents online or in-office.

Fill out this form and we’ll get back with you soon! Piercing clients under 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with valid photo ID AND the child’s birth certificate.
