How Booking Works at Flippin Ink

STEP 1. Submit a Request
Fill out the tattoo (or piercing) request form, choose your artist, and upload references.

STEP 2. Artist Review
Your artist reviews your idea to make sure it’s a good fit.

STEP 3. Get Approved
If approved, you’ll receive an email with your booking link and next steps.

STEP 4. Complete Your Waiver
Sign the waiver & upload your ID before your appointment is confirmed. 

STEP 5. Book Your Session
You’re all set.

Things to Keep in Mind

Tattoos in Tennessee are 18+ only, and piercing age requirements vary. All custom work requires artist approval, and a signed waiver must be completed prior to your appointment. Appointment tattoos reserve dedicated time with your artist and are recommended for larger or detailed designs, specific artist requests, and required placements such as hands, neck, and face.

PIERCING REQUESTS

All clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with valid photo ID and the child’s birth certificate. Minimum age is 6 for ear piercings and 16 for all other piercings.
